Tornado Bait
For those of you who don't know, Colin Cowherd is a nationally-syndicated sports show talk host, who in recent months referred to southerners as "tornado bait," which suitably pissed off a lot of his listeners, including yours truly. He came on a local radio program soon after, saying that it was just a joke and refusing to apologize.
I know that hypersensitivity is running rampant through this country, and that people take things way too seriously a lot of times. But I find this statement to be utterly humorless and of massively poor taste, and so, at this time, I would like to say to said pompous ass biscuit that there are 13 dead tornado baiters (some of them high school children) in Enterprise, Alabama, and my own family sat in our bathroom waiting out the worst of it, which got pretty bad as I'm sure you, and maybe even the uppy northwesterner, can believe.
